If you are selling a house, you have probably also bought it and therefore you have already gained some experience in property. Selling a house is different from buying one.
Familiarise yourself with the costs of selling (Sales agent fees, Conveyancing fees, Removal Fees, Insurance, Energy Performance Certificates etc).
We hold your hand and walk beside you through every step and decision making process, all the way from initial desktop appraisal on the property, to property price negotiation, exchange of contracts to completion of the property.

- Locate your lease (at home or with mortgage lender).

- Viewings on property arranged by your agent (Make your house more attractive to the buyer by cleaning and do necessary repairs).
- Offers on property to be put forward by your agent.
- Buyer’s mortgage lender’s valuation survey and additional surveys.
- Contract for sale prepared and negotiated between solicitors.
- Contracts exchanged and completion date agreed once all parties have agreed all terms and conditions.
- Move preparation (removal company, insurances, etc.).
- Completion and hand keys over to estate agent.
